A spare room turned into a library-study with floor-to-ceiling shelving, a leather-topped desk and a daybed.
The client owns two thousand books and wanted them all visible. Shelving runs floor to ceiling on three walls with a rolling ladder.
The desk faces the window with a north light that never glares. A daybed under the shelves is for reading, not sleeping, though we have been told otherwise.
